<p>The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapter at AURAK, led by Dr. Fayez Moutassem, has recently won for the second year in a row the first place in the ASCE regional virtual AutoCAD competition, which was organized by the American University of Sharjah. This exciting challenge targeted undergraduate civil engineering students across the UAE to test their AutoCAD skills and drafting capabilities following competition guidelines. AURAK’s ASCE chapter president ‘Mr. Shawki Zaher’ has won the first place and will be receiving a certificate and a cash money prize.
