• The Edu Network aims to provide comprehensive support to students pursuing their study abroad goals. We understand the importance of transparency and want to ensure that our students are well-informed about our refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully:



• Application Fee Refund:

  
  If The Edu Network fails to provide the offer letter from the college/institute/university within the specified turnaround time, the application fee paid by the student will be fully refunded. We prioritize prompt communication and strive to provide timely updates regarding the application status. In the event of a delay on our part, we will refund the application fee to the student.



• Payment to Consortium Colleges:

  
  If any payment is made directly to The Edu Network's consortium colleges, namely Eie Institute of Education and Valletta Higher Education Institute (VHEI), the responsibility for refunds lies with the respective institutions. However, if the payment is made through The Edu Network's web portal/website/web application/mobile application to The Edu Network's bank account, the payment will be fully refundable.



• College/Institute/University Refund Policy:

  
  It is important to note that the refund policy for colleges/institutes/universities will strictly adhere to their respective norms. Each educational institution has its own refund policies and procedures, which may vary. The Edu Network does not have control over the refund process enforced by the educational institution where the applicant/student seeks admission. Students are advised to thoroughly review the refund policies stated on the official website of the institute they intend to study at. In case of any ambiguity, students should reach out to the educational institution directly via email for clarification.

  The Edu Network acknowledges that it is not legally bound to refund any payment or fee charged by the college, institute, or university. We facilitate students in exploring their study options, but the refund policies are determined solely by the educational institution. It is the responsibility of the student to familiarize themselves with the refund policies of the chosen educational institution before making any payments or commitments. At The Edu Network, we strive to provide accurate information and guidance to students throughout their study abroad journey. However, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or changes in the refund policies of the educational institutions. We recommend that students exercise due diligence and make informed decisions based on the official policies of the institute they plan to enroll in.
