Admission Process

1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on TEN Agent portal.
Next, you must send the requested documents to be checked by the Admissions team or your Student Enrolment Adviser.
2.You will then pay a deposit and CAS payment, fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal  (Ten Agents).
3. After paying fee, interview will be conducted.
Your CAS will be issued. This means you can apply for your visa.
You may be invited to a credibility interview.
You will be contacted by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regarding the outcome of your visa application.

Description

The UK is the home of many famous broadcasting and media outlets, as well some of the best films and breakthrough communication moments in recent years. This makes it a great place to study media or communications. This specialist course provides an in-depth education in all areas of communication and high-quality preparation for degrees in media and communications-related subjects. You will learn theoretical knowledge and the practical skills needed to succeed in your chosen degree. The course is modular in structure. It has core modules studied by all Foundation students and core modules for the Media Foundation. The core Foundation modules develop academic and English language skills. 

Work with professionals

During the first term of the Media Foundation programme, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional media team to produce a music video for a band or solo artist based at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM). You will work alongside teachers and industry professionals, and have regular contact with the artist, for two hours every week. You will gain a unique industry experience, providing you with skills that will stand out (such as team working, planning and improved subject knowledge) and help you progress to a top university.
