1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application Fee of $50 for Undergraduate Degree Programs, and $100 for Graduate Degree Programs.will be charged from the student .
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3.After getting the Offer letter(i20) , After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).
Students get immersed into the world of hospitality real estate development, planning, investment analysis, financing techniques and asset management. They will also attain knowledge and skills pivotal to succeed in the developing field of Real Estate. Students gain an awareness and understanding about the pattern of causality between foreign real estate investment and tourism, as there is an empirical link between foreign direct investment, real estate sector and international tourism.
