ACADEMICS : List all secondary and post secondary institutions previously attended. Proof of secondary school completion with official certified transcripts translated into English must be submitted. List most current school, college, or university first.
ENGLISH PROFIECIENCY REQUIREMENTS: Submit English test scores if you have taken the TOEFL, IELTS, or iTEP. The following are minimum scores required to enroll directly into academic major classes:
TOEFL: 61 ibt
IELTS (Academic Module): 6.0
iTEP (Academic): 3.6
If you are a native English speaker or plan to start in the Intensive English Language Program, you do not need to submit scores.
If you have studied in the United States for at least one full academic year (high school or college), you do not need to submit test scores. We will review your transcript instead.

Step1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal.
Step2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
Step3.After getting the Offer letter(i20) , And accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
Step4. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

CRT.PS The certificate in Paramedical Services is a two-year intensive program that includes classroom, skills laboratory, hospital, and field clinical experiences. Students are prepared for career opportunities in the field of emergency medical services to include urban and rural ambulance services and/or fire departments, industrial settings and clinical settings. This program in conducted in cooperation with Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center and is approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Division of EMS and Highway Safety. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician's examination. Students must complete a file with the Lake Land College Emergency Services office with the following items: current AHA BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider certification card, current driver's license or Illinois state picture ID, immunizations as required by The Illinois Department of Public Health for Healthcare Providers, high school diploma or GED equivalent, physical exam, background check, and drug test. Consult the Emergency Services Programs Coordinator for specific requirements of this program.
