Decisions on admission are made on an individual basis taking into account the type and quality of previous studies, the grade obtained in previous studies, and the suitability of the candidate for the programme of study.
1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal.
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3. After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The Master of Science in Real Estate is the first dedicated postgraduate programme in real estate in Cyprus and Greece. Furthermore, it is among the few Real Estate Master programmes that have been accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the Eastern Mediterranean region. The MSc in Real Estate is tailored to the individual needs of working professionals and provides a flexible route to an advanced degree in Real Estate. It adopts a multidisciplinary approach that covers quite comprehensively all the important dimensions of real estate from a theoretical, analytical and practical perspective. High School Certificate, Bachelor's Certificate
■ International Passport copy
■ English Language Proficiency (I.E.L.T.S 5 and above, TOEFL 70 and above, or other equivalent certificate).
For those who do not meet language requirements a foundation year can be
