3.After getting the Offer letter(i20) , After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The CSM Real Estate Degree has been designed for students who plan to enter the field of Real Estate in such areas as sales, brokerage, property management, investments, planning, and additional career paths. The program prepares students for employment and qualifies them for the real estate sales and brokers examinations enabling students to enter residential real estate sales and other career paths in Real Estate.
