1. Your application: Application along with supporting documents will be processed on TEN Agent portal.Upload your curriculum vitae, a cover letter (approx. 1 to 1.5 A4 pages), a copy of your identity card and a copy of your (technical) high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
If you do not yet have a current Abitur certificate, please send us the most current certificate from the upper level.
2. Interview: After reviewing your documents, we can assess whether you are suitable for studying at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. Our team will go through your Profile. You will then take an online admission test. If this is positive, we will invite you to an interview. You will shortly receive a response as to whether you will get a place at the university.
3. Reservation fee (only for non-EU citizens): As soon as you have been accepted as a student, you have to pay a reservation fee of € 3,000. The reservation fee is a one-time payment that secures your place and is deducted from the total cost of the program.
4. Letter of admission: As soon as we have received your signed contract and the reservation fee (only for non-EU citizens) of € 3,000, we will issue you a letter of admission. For non-EU citizens, this is a prerequisite for your visa application.

The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) offers a Master Preparatory Programme in preparation for the Master's programme in International Business Management. With this programme, you will not only be optimally prepared for business studies at UE, but also fulfill the necessary admission requirements after successful completion. Within the framework of the Master Preparatory Programme Business / Management / IT, you will improve your English language skills in just one semester and strengthen your intercultural skills in addition to basic IT and business knowledge.
The Master Preparatory Programme Business / Management / IT strengthens you as follows:
Advanced-level English (IELTS level 6)
Office package plus additional skills (i.e. IT/programming)
Statistics (including preparatory course in Master Data Science)
Scientific Writing

proof of financial means to cover the costs for the time of your studies by one of the following
documents:
- confirmation of scholarship/ stipend
- “Verpflichtungserklärung” (formal obligation letter) by sponsor living in Germany
-Travel Health Insurance covering the period from your departure to the date of enrolment at the
university (mentioned in your letter of admission) (approx. 3 months)
