Project management is crucial in all business fields, from the financial sector and information technology to healthcare and public services. With more organisations defining their activities as projects, the demand for well qualified project managers is growing.
This course has been designed to meet the increasing demand for effective project management across all industries and sectors. The course provides an emphasis on equipping students with skills and expertise to both plan and practice in project management in global business and social environments and emerging trends influencing project management such as virtual and hybrid work.
It provides a career entry, or further development, in the discipline of Project Management, beyond its traditional confines of engineering and construction, as applicable to enterprise management theory and practice. A central emphasis of the programme is a focus on responsible project management (RPM), to assist students to understand how project management can impact and improve society.
