Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on The Edu Network portal.
Step 2. The student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his The Edu Network portal. After accepting the offer a Fee invoice will be generated on the student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and the fee receipt can be found on The Edu Network portal (Ten Agents).

A Master of Laws (LLM) in Insolvency Law, offered by The University of Law, is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduates to enhance your academic legal knowledge. This internationally recognised Master’s course will give you the skills to progress within insolvency law and can open up pathways to careers in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, compliance, regulation, and more.
The LLM Insolvency Law is an innovative, flexible programme that will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of insolvency law in practice. You will explore the fundamental principles of insolvency law in the UK together with corporate rescue, out-of-court- workouts and cross-border insolvency. During this module you’ll also get to examine topics such as access to finance (capital markets and credit markets), priority in insolvency, directors’ duties, employee rights, navigating competing stakeholder interests in distressed scenarios, sovereign debt and financial crises.
