Admission Process

1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on TEN Agent portal.
Next, you must send the requested documents to be checked by the Admissions team or your Student Enrolment Adviser.
2.You will then pay a deposit and CAS payment, fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal  (Ten Agents).
3. After paying fee, interview will be conducted.
Your CAS will be issued. This means you can apply for your visa.
You may be invited to a credibility interview.
You will be contacted by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regarding the outcome of your visa application.

Syllabus

The Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate (BCTC) is an intensive three day course aimed at international business English teachers, trainers and HR professionals who need to research, design and deliver cross-cultural training courses to business customers. It can be delivered online or face to face.

The Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate gives you the opportunity to develop your cultural training skills and identify what you have to offer as a cultural trainer.

In three days it teaches you how to research, design, market and deliver a cross-cultural training programme, giving you a complete course with all the exercises you need ready for use.

Day 1: Research 

The key research background you need – intercultural training models and research resources.

Day 2: Design and Marketing

How to design and market an intercultural training course in business.

Day 3: Delivery 

Training room activities for intercultural courses.
