1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the "The Edu Network" portal. An application fee of $40 will be charged from the student.
College will Check your Application Status to ensure we have received all required documents to evaluate your application.
2. Once academically accepted to UNG, you will request an I-20 from the Center for Global Engagement. You will need to submit the required information to request the I-20.

The Bachelor of Science with a major in art education prepares you to teach art in the Georgia School System. You will be prepared for the initial teaching certificate to teach pre-school through twelfth grade. This program is a collaboration between the Department of Visual Arts and the College of Education.
Sixty credits are taken in Areas A-F core curriculum coursework, 33 credit hours are required in 2000 and 4000 level studio art and art history, and 36 credits are taken in professional education coursework (a minimum of 39 credits in 3000- and 4000-level studio art, art history, and art education courses are required).
You will also complete a 12-credit-hour, one-semester student teaching capstone experience during your last semester of their senior year.
