Qualified students can enter the degree program at any year level. You may opt for a traditional two-plus-two approach, first completing a two-year diploma in business administration, plus two years of additional study to obtain the Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA). You can also apply previous coursework from a wide range of university-level studies toward the degree program.
Career Opportunities
After graduation, you will be well-prepared for management-related employment opportunities in both private and public sector organizations, or you may opt to pursue your own business ventures. You may also be eligible for membership in the Canadian Institute of Management and the Human Resources Management Association. If you are are interested in earning a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation, a degree is a requirement and the general management degree option will help prepare you to write the CHRP examination.
