High school secondary school academic record. Original copies of all diplomas, certificates, grade reports and test results received upon completion of high school.
Transfer Students:
- If you have completed any college or university-level courses, you are required to present an official transcript from each college/university attended.
- If you have studied at a college/university outside of the U.S., you must submit an evaluation of credits from an approved international credential evaluation.
- Academic records are reviewed based on a minimum 2.6 (4.0 system) cumulative grade point average (GPA) having a minimum of 12 transferable credits for transfer. Requirements may be higher if you are planning to enroll in certain academic programs.
International students living in countries where is it documented that English is the official language of the country do not have to take an English language proficiency test. International students who have completed 2 years or more in a USA high school located in the USA do not have to submit an English language proficiency test.

1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application fee of $50 will be charged from the student.
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3.After getting the Offer letter(i20) , After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The teacher education programs at High Point University meet the requirements of both the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the North Carolina State Board of Education.
The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Middle Grades Education leads to licensure to teach social studies, language arts, science or mathematics to students in grades 6-9. Students choosing to major in Middle Grades Education are required to choose one of the four discipline specializations and will complete the required content coursework delivered through the College of Arts and Sciences in the departments of History, Political Science, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. The major in Middle Grades Education requires 45 hours of coursework in teacher education. Undergraduate courses focus on the new Common Core State and N.C. Essential Standards, technology, and interdisciplinary curriculum in the middle grades.
