Transfer Students:
- If you have completed any college or university-level courses, you are required to present an official transcript from each college/university attended.
- If you have studied at a college/university outside of the U.S., you must submit an evaluation of credits from an approved international credential evaluation. 
- Academic records are reviewed based on a minimum 2.6 (4.0 system) cumulative grade point average (GPA) having a minimum of 12 transferable credits for transfer. Requirements may be higher if you are planning to enroll in certain academic programs.

If you have attended another college or university, you need to request that official transcripts be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at High Point University.

International students living in countries where is it documented that English is the official language of the country do not have to take an English language proficiency test. International students who have completed 2 years or more in a USA high school located in the USA do not have to submit an English language proficiency test.

• TOEFL iBT range = 80 or better
• IELTS range = 6.5 or better
• Duolingo = 105 or better

1. Application along with  all the  supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application fee of $50 will be charged from the student. 
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3.After getting the Offer letter(i20) , After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal  (Ten Agents).

The Department of Physical Therapy began in January of 2011. Effective May 12, 2020, the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education elevated our status to approved for accreditation.

The Department currently consists of internationally renowned faculty and the world-class Human Biomechanics and Physiology Laboratory . The Human Biomechanics & Physiology Laboratory houses our clinical entity: Targeted Enhanced Athletic Movement (TEAM). TEAM translates the evidence produced by the Human Biomechanics & Physiology Laboratory and by other scientists from around the globe into the clinical practice of injury prevention, athletic development, and rehabilitation.
