Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on TEN Agent portal.
Student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
Step 2 . After accepting the offer Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The International Development Graduate Certificate Program prepares students for jobs in the Canadian and international Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) as well as UN agencies. Some of our graduates also choose to pursue a doctoral or master’s degree in a relevant field.
If you previously earned advanced diploma or degree, you may be eligible to benefit from the unique courses in the three-semester college program.
Through a “human rights-based approach to development,” you'll examine the multiple dimensions of poverty, education for all, environmental protection, gender mainstreaming, Aboriginal people’s rights, and corporate social responsibility. You will also gain knowledge and skills related to financial management, results-based management as well as the participatory approach in project design, implementation and evaluation.
