To be admitted to California State University San Bernardino applicants must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree : Applicants must have a completed Bachelor’ Degree.
Degree Percentage: Applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in Bachelor Degree.
English proficiency: Applicants must meet the minimum required English proficiency
IELTS Academic - 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill
TOEFL( IBT) - 79 Overall Listening - 18 Reading - 18 Writing 18 Spe
Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on The Edu Network portal.
Step 2. The student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his The Edu Network portal. After accepting the offer a Fee invoice will be generated on the student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and the fee receipt can be found on The Edu Network portal (Ten Agents).

The Master of Science in Special Education will provide students with advanced preparation in research methodologies and research-based practices that address contemporary topics and issues in the field of Special Education. Options for concentration in Early Childhood Special Education, Mild to Moderate Support Needs, and Moderate to Severe Support Needs are available.
Students pursuing the Master of Science degree in Special Education must be concurrently enrolled in an Education Specialist credential program or Education Specialist credential holders returning for the master’s degree.
