To be admitted to California State University San Bernardino applicants must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree : Applicants must have a completed Bachelor’ Degree.
Degree Percentage: Applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in Bachelor Degree.
English proficiency: Applicants must meet the minimum required English proficiency
IELTS Academic - 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill
TOEFL( IBT) - 79 Overall Listening - 18 Reading - 18 Writing 18 Speaking 18
Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on The Edu Network portal.
Step 2. The student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his The Edu Network portal. After accepting the offer a Fee invoice will be generated on the student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and the fee receipt can be found on The Edu Network portal (Ten Agents).

The Master of Arts Program in Child Development (MACD) is a 2-3 year, 38-40 unit evening program that strives to foster an understanding of the major theories and empirical research in child development from infancy through adolescence. This includes an understanding of the core psychological domains of cognition, language, physiology, emotions, personality and social behavior, along with an understanding of developmental methods. An emphasis will be placed on understanding development in the contexts in which children live their lives including family, school, and peer groups.
