To be admitted to California State University San Bernardino applicants must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree : Applicants must have a completed Bachelor’ Degree.
Degree Percentage: Applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in Bachelor Degree.
English proficiency: Applicants must meet the minimum required English proficiency
IELTS Academic - 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill
TOEFL( IBT) - 79 Overall Listening - 18 Reading - 18 Writing 18 Speaking 18
Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on The Edu Network portal.
Step 2. The student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his The Edu Network portal. After accepting the offer a Fee invoice will be generated on the student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and the fee receipt can be found on The Edu Network portal (Ten Agents).

The Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling is a gateway to training opportunities that will sustain you throughout your future career. The three-year course of study will train you in rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation, and job placement of persons with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. Rehabilitation counselors work in a variety of agencies that serve individuals from teens to older populations. Graduates will learn to assist individuals who have disabilities with achieving their vocational, educational and independent living goals through a counseling process. Graduates of the program will be prepared to take the Certified Rehabilitation Counselor examination. The focus of a rehabilitation counselor is to help develop effective strategies to eliminate barriers that prevent people from living their best lives (regardless of their age).
