To be admitted to California State University San Bernardino applicants must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree : Applicants must have a completed Bachelor’ Degree.
Degree Percentage: Applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in Bachelor Degree.
English proficiency: Applicants must meet the minimum required English proficiency
IELTS Academic - 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill

Step 1. Application along with supporting documents will be processed on The Edu Network portal.
Step 2. The student will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his The Edu Network portal. After accepting the offer a Fee invoice will be generated on the student account.
Step 3. After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and the fee receipt can be found on The Edu Network portal (Ten Agents).

The Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management (HRM) program offers students a comprehensive graduate education that prepares them for careers in human resources. The 30-unit program will provide coursework and experiential learning activities and expose students to the foundational concepts of human resource management, including managing human capital, strategic human resources, compensation, employee relations, employment law, training & development, and workplace planning. The program will have a final, culminating experience, that will help prepare students to sit for the SHRM certification exam.
