Accepted Scores as Proof of English Language Proficiency
For admission to Riverside City College, international students must demonstrate English language skills through one of the following test scores/certificates.

The following international students are exempt from the language proficiency requirement:
1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application fee of $100 will be charged from the student.
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3. After accepting the offer, Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

This program prepares the student to supervise or manage a cosmetology salon with multiple employees. They will also be capable of hiring, training and motivating employees of a cosmetology business. They will also have the skills to evaluate customer needs and provide services to meet customer needs and expectations. They will be capable of operating their own business or manage the business for a salon owner.
