Accepted Scores as Proof of English Language Proficiency
For admission to Riverside City College, international students must demonstrate English language skills through one of the following test scores/certificates.

The following international students are exempt from the language proficiency requirement:
1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application fee of $100 will be charged from the student.
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3. After accepting the offer, Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The Early Childhood Education Program provides an educational and practical foundation for students interested in working with children from infancy to third grade. In addition to theoretical principles the curriculum offers practical skills and on-site training that will prepare students for employment in the field of Early Childhood Education. As students progress through the program they fulfill required coursework for the California Child Development Permit and for the Early Childhood Education/Assistant Certificate (6 units), Early Childhood Education, 12 Core Units Certificate (12 units), and the Early Childhood Education Certificate (31 units).
