For admission to Riverside City College, international students must demonstrate English language skills through one of the following test scores/certificates.

The following international students are exempt from the language proficiency requirement:
1. Application along with all the supporting documents will be processed on the TEN Agent portal. An application fee of $100 will be charged from the student.
2. Students will receive the admission offer either conditional or unconditional on his TEN Agent portal.
3. After accepting the offer, Fee invoice will be generated on student account.
4.After getting the fee invoice student can pay the fee and fee receipt can be found on TEN Portal (Ten Agents).

The Associate Degree in Fine and Applied Arts offers a rich variety of coursesto acquaint students with the creation of and performance in the arts from a global perspective. The courses in this area examine the nature of the fine and applied arts through analysis, synthesis, composition, performance and technical development. Students will develop techniques appropriate to the art form, engage in the production and performance of the arts, examine aesthetic valuing, and participate in creative expression.
