To be admitted to Ara Institute of Canterbury, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
High school: Applicants must have a completed high school diploma or secondary degree
Academic Percentage: Applicants must have a minimum of 75 Percentage in Academic.
English proficiency: Applicants must meet the minimum required English proficiency
IELTS Academic- 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill
PTE - 50 overall with a minimum of 42 in each skill

This programme covers the skills required to create a wide range of complex dishes from hot meals and desserts to pastries. You'll learn about preparation and presentation techniques, food safety, health and safety, operating policies of commercial kitchens and communication practices between colleagues, managers and customers.
